In this episode, I am going somewhere that no one wants to admit to going: that inner place of jealousy. It happens whenever we open our Instagram app and see someone else living the life and owning the business that we wish that we had. I’m opening up about my own battle with envy, while also sharing some positive ways to combat this negative feeling. Because we can all use some positivity to navigate these moments in our own journey to ensure that we stay focused on our own path, rather than someone else’s.
